Dear bestfriend,
First let me start off by saying thank you. Thank you for being the very best friend that a friend could ask for. Thank you for being there for not only my ups but my downs. Thank you for letting me vent and sometimes sit in silence. Thank you for not only being a friend but a great person in general. You make me a better me. Thank you.

You carry all the qualities that a person would look for in a friend.

You make me proud to say, “That’s my friend!” Throughout the seven years I’ve known you, you’ve accomplished pretty cool things. I’ve sat back and watched you get handed award after award for your accomplishments and I don’t know a single person who deserves them more than you. While others are envious, I am proud.
You are so kind. You are what I would call a christian woman. You do good things for people out of the goodness of your heart. You always know when to walk away and be the bigger person. You know when to bite your tongue. That’s more than I can say for myself.
You are extremely smart. When I need advice, I can count on you. I can count on you to analyze the problem logically. You also always know what to say and how to say it. Sometimes I need a kick in the butt, and I can always rely on you for that.
My pictures look good because you are in them. You are beautiful, but not in the barbie doll way. You are beautiful because the down to earth good girl that’s on the inside radiates. You don’t need makeup to be pretty; your personality does that for you.
We have things in common, number one being our love for cheer. If it weren’t for cheer, I would have never known you. I would have never hated your stubborn self; I’m glad I got over that btw. I would never had the chance of knowing and loving you. Im also glad that cheer isnt the only thing that we have in common so that when cheer was over, we weren’t over too.
You are fun, but not in a troubled way. We find a laugh in the simplest things like finding a hip thrust in a boomerang or looking up the wrong song. We are always laughing and I never feel the need to be anyone else with you.
Looking back makes me sad because I know the next few years will not be the same. We are headed our separate ways here soon. We will never cheer together again, which is the biggest downfall, and I still haven’t come to terms that. We won’t be able to jamm out on the way to school anymore. You won’t be two minutes away from me when we have boy troubles. I’m not afraid because you are my best friend and no matter where you go, you’ll always be my best friend.
Love always,
Kylie
