Around January of this year, the heavily decayed body of Cynthia Newman was found inside a residence near Sycamore Ice Cream in Logansport. This case is horrifyingly close to home, and I’m sure some of you can rest easy knowing that the people that let this happen are facing consequences. In this short blip on A6 of Thursday’s Pharos Tribune, the case and its consequences are lightly discussed alongside dates and specific charges for those involved. Very informative, to the point, and helps me sleep at night. Not a bad touch that Kristi Hileman is the author, I always love reading her work.
