Who agrees with me that Mario Party Superstars is better than Super Mario Party?  Mario Party Superstars is a game on the Nintendo Switch console that is currently the newest Mario Party game that came out on October 29, 2021.  And on October 28, 2018, Super Mario Party was released and when I played it, to me it was a bad Mario Party that was not very fun unlike Superstars which is a pretty fun game.  

The first thing I did not like about Super Mario Party is that you could only play with Joy-Cons in that game.  I currently only have 2 Joy-Cons, and I only got the game because I thought it was compatible with the Nintendo Switch Pro Controller and because it had more maps and characters.  I wanted to play the game with my family, but I did not have enough Joy-Cons for everyone, and it was not Pro Controller compatible.  Mario Party Superstars, however, did have compatibility with the Pro controllers, and I can play with my family on that game.

The last thing I don’t like about Super Mario Party is how even though it had a bunch of new minigames and characters, those minigames and characters didn’t get added in Mario Party Superstars. Mario Party Superstars was all about boards and minigames that were from the Nintendo 64 and the Gamecube consoles, specifically boards and minigames from the games Mario Party 1, Mario Party 2, and Mario Party 3. They could have at least put in all the things from all the Mario Party games into Mario Party Superstars. 

In conclusion, Mario Party Superstars is a very fun game that you can play with your friends and family on the Nintendo Switch. It is more worth it if you buy Mario Party Superstars instead of Super Mario Party for your Nintendo Switch. If you want to play a Mario Party game that is enjoyable with friends and family, then you should buy Mario Party Superstars.
