The Lady Kings basketball team travels to Maconaquah on Saturday. JV tip-off will be at 11 AM with the varsity game following. The Kings hope to improve their 4-4 record with a win against MIC contender Maconaquah. The girls’ basketball team has had a good start to the season and has already improved from last year. The Kings are getting points not only from veterans but also from freshmen.

Senior, Maci Maupin, is a leading scorer as well as freshman, Olivia Collins. All players are putting in work and performing, which is exactly what the team needs. The Lady Kings are playing hard as ever and have high hopes for the rest of the season.

Lewis Cass hopes to improve to a two game winning streak from last weeks win over Pioneer at the Cass County Tournament. Next week the team take on the Oracles in Delphi on Tuesday and the Titans at Taylor on Saturday.
