What is Red Ribbon Week?

Our school supports no drugs. The students of this school have dress up days. The first dress up day is Wednesday and students wear all red. On Red Ribbon Week our school is focused on thinking of ways to make school fun, and how to try and encourage people to not do drugs, and to not drink alcohol. The first dress up day is Wednesday and students wear all red. We wear all red to show that we want to be drug free. The second day, is team up against drugs by wearing your favorite team’s jersey or shirt. The third day, is dynamic duos, which means that we need to encourage one another to stay off of drugs and alcohol. The fourth day, is boot out drugs, which is where you wear you best country clothes. The last day, is say boo to drugs, which is where you wear your best Halloween costume. Red ribbon week means a lot to me and I really like it overall. I think that Red Ribbon Week is important to me and I like the whole purpose of the week. Overall it is a great idea to try to get a good handle on all of the underage drinking, and the drugs that kids and teens do these days.
