This year the Lewis Cass Jr. High had played their last home game of their season. Bentley Mclauley said, “I am very glad that our team is on a winning streak, but we also have a lot of work to do on our offense.” They ended up suffering their first loss of the season to Wabash. The 7th grade record is now 6 – 1. The game’s final score was 8 to 22. The 8th grade record is 7-0 winning the conference. There were a few injuries during the game which resulted in a few less players to finish it off. The players tried their best to win the game. Cj Wells made a touchdown and received points for our team. Hopefully in the next game the Lewis Cass Jr High football team will be able to bring back a win. The Jr High football team has been putting tons of effort into their practices and has been trying to improve in their plays. They have been preparing for their next game and have been improving on their offense and defense. They have 3 three games before their season is finished. They will be trying hard to finish off strong and hopefully will be able to win their last few games.
