Weight lifting can also increase your bone strength and help you relieve bone pain, and it can also give you something to do in the mornings. If you wake up super early, and want to get stronger, then morning weights can be the best thing for you. When you do weight lifting, it can be a very beneficial thing for you if you do sports.
