Oil Tanker

Above is a picture of an oil tanker. An oil tanker is used to transport oil and petroleum products without the usage of barrels. The oil tanker stores liquid cargo in it’s cargo spaces. The oil tanker was invented and worked on from 1877 to 1885, Ludvig and Robert Nobel, brothers of Alfred Nobel, founded (nobel brothers) in Baku, Azerbaijan. Beginning January 1, 1994, new and converted tankers must have double hulls. The committee has used two approaches toward assessing the evolution of tanker demand and supply to ascertain the likely characteristics of the new double-hull tanker fleet.

One improvement I would make on the oil tanker is that I would add a small lobby to the top of the ship. I would add a lobby because there may be people wanting a cheap ride to wherever the oil tankers destination is. Additionally, adding a lobby could help make the oil tanker company a bit of extra money because of the small charge to ride in the lobby. In the lobby there would be a limit of 15 passengers and there would be seats, sort of like the ones in a train, so that everyone can sit down. The seats would be able to recline so that passengers can sleep a bit for overnight rides. In the corner there would be a small bar of food and coffee for the passengers. The walls would be a sort of neutral brown and lights would be a warm light yellow. The lights would be dim overnight so that the passengers could comfortably rest.
