This is an ambulance, and It is an automobile. The ambulance was invented in 1487, first it was just a stretcher used by humans, then it was pulled by horses, now it has its own engine to drive it.  It was invented to get people help out on the battlefield and to take them to a safe place. Dr. Dominique Jean Larrey invented the first modern ambulance. It has changed over the years by getting faster engines, louder sirens, and they are more reliable. The one thing I would change is put a helicopter rotor on top, so people don’t have to wait for a helicopter to get there they can just go. If the soldier is down in the battlefield The helicopter ambulance will be able to get in and out. If you are stranded on an island the helicopter ambulance can get to you and help.
