The waves are rough and the clouds are grey
But every morning starts a new day
We all get stressed and overwhelmed
We all cry and some have meltdowns
But we can’t give up
It’s our life and we have to fight
It gets hard but that’s alright
We all have a spark so let your dreams ignite
So spread your wings and begin to fly

I think this is a great poem for what is going on in the world right now. A lot of people are getting discouraged. This poem is short and sweet. It gets right to the point. Good job!

Wonderful poem Jazmine. Love that you mentioned there will be rough and grey days but each day is a new day. We all have that spark in some way or another and we should encourage each other to keep that spark or fire burning. Let your light shine and follow your passion.

This was a great poem. Nicely written and you very inspirational words like when you said to spread your wings and fly that’s very true you can’t stay content you need to go explore and live your life. Great stuff keep it up!
